and what did i win?
A week or two ago I was surprised to find out that I had won a blog giveaway for Kathie’s second year of Two Frog Home. Kathie always sends awesome goodies, so I was excited to find out what I would get.
When we got back from Minnesota yesterday, there was my package in the mail!
Check out the pretty wrapping. I love the papers!
So what did I get?
Let me show you. You’ll be jealous.
Clockwise from top left:
- Organic Gardening for City Dwellers by Walter Harter
- Cloth Christmas napkins!
- A Christmas pencil and a wild huckleberry chocolate bar that I am not sharing, so there.
- A gorgeous cloth bag for the farmers market or craft projects
Not pictured: a handy washcloth “sleeve” for soap! I am apparently incapable of taking pictures of white things. Also, it is currently raining (!!!) in San Diego, so the light was a little hit-or-miss. Ah well.
My husband (the seasonal decorator around these parts) was putting out the Christmas table runner and single place mat (all he could find) yesterday, and I was just bemoaning the fact that we had no red or green cloth napkins, so I was particularly excited about those.
I wish I could have gotten a better photo of the bag, too. It’s a lovely fall fabric which is so soft with nice wide handles. It may turn in to my project bag since I have a few ideas for holiday gifts.
Thanks so much, Kathie! Everything will be used and enjoyed. Congratulations on two years of Two Frog Home!

Midwestern girl, SoCal address. Tries to keep it healthy but delicious.

2 Responses to “and what did i win?”I’m so glad you enjoyed everything! Oh that paper was a huge find at a yard sale several years back. I found a big box of vintage cards and wrapping papers for less than $5. Most of its been used up now, but I cherish using each little bit up on packages like this.
Oh and that candy bar is chocolate / huckleberry crack – its so addictive.
