hundred push ups – week 4.5

I’m repeating week 4 this week. The jump to week 5 seemed (for continuing column 2) insurmountable or (to drop to column 1) like cheating. I also got off a day while traveling and felt like it wouldn’t hurt to do week 4 again.

So today I will complete day 3 of week 4 for the third time this week. Then I will move on to week 5!

In addition, I went for a run today. Outside. Down into the canyon and back. I haven’t been running in a long time, so while it wasn’t a long run, it was long for me! We’ll see how jelly-like my limbs feel tomorrow.
