Get motivated to try new foods!

  • Try a new ingredient (not a new flavor of Lean Cuisine), fruit, veggie, grain, flour, whatever
  • It can come from your CSA share, garden, farmer’s market, grocery store, wherever
  • You don’t have to participate every week, but I’ll post a round up on Fridays
  • If you have a blog you can post about it there with a link to this page; I’ll make a list of links
  • No blog, no problem! Comment on here and/or add photos to the LBH Facebook page
  • Play along on Twitter using the #newfoodfriday tag!
